MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Greetings

Spring is finally here, however last week in Lander one would have thought it was still winter. 

 

Ed Dowie has resigned as secretary/treasurer and Joel Schwartzkopf has consented to take his place.  It will be good to have a new face on the board.

Our annual conference is going to be in Casper, July 8, 9, and 10th.  Please plan to attend since it is a great opportunity to obtain CME’s and meet other PA’s around the state. You can check it out on our website.

It will be an interesting time with universal health care being passed.  Much information concerning how this will affect physician assistants can be found on the AAPA website.

If you know of any physician assistants that are not members of WAPA, please encourage them to join.  We need to increase our membership and word of mouth is a good way to start.
